We require a minimum of 10 adults for all catered meals. Reservations are accepted on a first?come, first?served basis, and availability fills quickly during peak OBX season. To secure your date, we recommend booking as early as possible—especially for large groups, wedding weeks, and holiday stays. Once your reservation is confirmed, we coordinate arrival time, menu selections, and any dietary needs.
Reserve your catering date for next Summer season 2026 in advance. Our peak , June through August, usually booked up by May 15th. Furthermore, we will contact you if we have any questions or need for a small deposit at a later date. Reserve your catering date and send your menu selection at a later date. We will be in touch 3-5 days prior to confirm your reservation and coordinate all details ( menu , headcount, allergies, etc)
